The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to move into Site Management with a commercial builder. Buildcorp offer a broad range of construction services completing New Build, Fit-out, Refurbishment and Remedial projects, and so offer a broad range of experience to develop your career.
You will play an important part in the delivery of safe, high quality & profitable projects. As an Area Supervisor you will report to, and be mentored by, the Site Manager and Project Manager, who will develop your skills and experience in supervising commercial construction activities to ensure that safety, quality, programme and commercial goals are met.

About You
In this role you will be a vital part of a supportive team, and so ensuring that we add the right type of person to our team is vitally important to us. To be successful in the role we expect you will have the following:
Appropriate trade qualification
Experience with supervising trade works is an advantage but not essential
Be a supportive team player, able to demonstrate values such as Teamwork, Fair Play, Passion, Preparedness, Creative Thinking & Continual Learning along with having the technical ability and desire to deliver high quality projects
Experience with construction software such as Procore and 1Breadcrumb (or similar) is an advantage but not essential
