Job Description

The Opportunity

We are looking for exceptional Project Supervisors for both new build and heavy refurbishment projects ranging from $20m to $100m in project value.

You will play an important part in the delivery of safe, high quality & profitable projects. 

With support from the Project Manager and Site Manager, you will manage construction activities ensuring safety, quality, programme and commercial goals are met through: 

  • Planning and programming work to ensure works are delivered safely & efficiently
  • Following safety and quality assurance processes to ensure works are constructed safely, and to the required quality standards
  • Being a great team player who is passionate about construction, and creates an environment which values Preparedness, Fair Play, Creative Thinking & Continual Learning
  • Manage stakeholder relations including customers, subcontract partners and suppliers to achieve project goals

About You

In this role you will be a vital part of a supportive team, and so ensuring that we add the right type of person to our team is vitally important to us.

To be successful in the role, we expect you will have the following: 

  • Appropriate qualifications (with a preference for trade and/or a building related qualification)
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques and building processes, particularly in technical areas associated with new build and heavy refurbishments  
  • Be a supportive team player, able to demonstrate values such as Teamwork, Fair Play, Passion, Preparedness, Creative Thinking & Continual Learning along with having the technical ability and desire to deliver high quality projects
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, 1Breadcrumb and Asta Powerproject (or similar) is an advantage but not essential
