The Opportunity:
As a Senior Contracts Administrator, you will be an integral part of our project delivery team on both structures and finishes .The projects will consist of both new build and major upgrades.
This role will see you overseeing the construction delivery of building packages as a Senior Contracts Administrator, managing subcontractors and service suppliers, involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy. You will be managing & developing a team as well.
Desired Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
Previous on-site construction delivery experience 5+ years at least.
Experience being the financial lead of projects
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
Prior suitable experience in a reputable construction/interiors/fit out organization is a must
Excellent communication skills are essential
