Job Description
The Opportunity:
As Contracts Administrator, you will be an integral part of our project delivery team on Fitout & Refurb projects.
This role will see you overseeing the construction delivery of building packages as Contracts Administrator; managing subcontractors and service suppliers, involve developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc)
Previous on-site construction delivery experience for 2-4 years
Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally
Prior Building services project experience is preferred but not essential for this role
Excellent communication skills are essential.
