The Opportunity:
We are looking for Contract Administrators & Senior Contract Administrators to work across a wide variety of projects up to $100m in value. Our Qld business is deliberately diverse in the projects we undertake, with teams successfully delivering projects in the Commercial Fit-out, Refurbishment and New-Build sectors. You will play an important part in the delivery of safe, high quality & profitable projects.
With support from the Project Manager, you will be responsible for administering complex commercial construction works from project award, including developing and implementing the procurement strategy, through to managing subcontract partners and supplier contracts, project monthly reporting and project

An attention to detail and strong project financial reporting skills
Proficiency in construction software such as Jobpac, Procore and Asta Powerproject (or similar) is an advantage
Appropriate qualifications (with a preference for construction or engineering degree and/or a building related qualification)
