Job Description
The Opportunity
We are looking for exceptional Project Leaders with Experience in managing Façade and remedial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high quality & profitable projects from award through to completion. This will require that you:
Leading and managing project teams to ensure that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget
Developing project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources allocation
Overseeing project progress, tracking milestones, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
Managing stakeholder relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
Identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk management strategies
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Proven experience in managing and documenting any quality concerns throughout the project.
You will possess the following:
Strong leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects.
Proficiency in construction software such as Jobpac, Procore and Asta Powerproject (or similar) is an advantage
Appropriate qualifications (with a preference for construction or engineering degree and/or a building related qualification
