We’re open to applications from experienced Quality Managers or Quality Advisors/Lead Advisors ready to broaden their scope and take on greater responsibility. This newly created role offers the chance to lead the development and continuous improvement of our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance, innovation, and exceptional outcomes across new builds, refurbishments, fit outs, and remedial projects.
Job Description
What you’ll do:
Lead quality processes, culture, and system improvements across projects
Identify and mitigate quality risks to drive successful outcomes
Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to embed compliance and quality excellence
Conduct root cause analysis, implement effective solutions, and track ongoing improvements
Deliver engaging training on quality systems and tools (including Procore) to build capability
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in quality management or as an experienced Quality Advisor/Lead Advisor ready to step up
Strong knowledge of compliance, risk management, and assurance frameworks
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, auditing, or related fields
A solid track record of delivering quality outcomes and supporting operational excellence
