This role presents an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 3 to 5 years of industry experience, with an understanding of Quality Management Systems and an appreciation for building compliance. It’s ideal for individuals currently in site-based roles who is are looking to advance their career and gain exposure to a wide variety of projects across new builds, refurbishments, fit outs, and remedial works.
Job Description
What you’ll do
Support project teams in delivering quality outcomes from start to finish
Help manage quality processes, documentation, and reporting across projects
Work with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure compliance and best practice
Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise
Learn and apply quality systems and tools (including Procore) to strengthen capability across the team
What you’ll bring
Around 3 years’ experience in a Quality Advisor or site-based quality role
A good understanding of compliance and risk in construction projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset
Qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related field (or working towards them)
A willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to continuous improvement
