• Support the tender process for services packages, consultants, and subcontractors by assessing scopes and design.
• Work closely with consultants and subcontractors to document solutions and ensure construction compliance.
• Manage building services interface requirements across design coordination, installation, commissioning, and completion.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and oversee approvals for documentation, samples, and testing.
• Ensure timely authority connections (water, power, telecoms, sewerage, and stormwater).
• Identify and resolve technical issues early to reduce risks in buildability, procurement, resources, safety, or cost.
• Suggest innovative and cost-effective design options, value engineering solutions, and best-practice methodologies.
• Review installation drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Support sequencing and coordination of services to minimise impacts on other work areas.
• Ensure sustainability outcomes and energy requirements (Green Star/NABERS) are achieved.
• Manage quality inspections, hold points, and compliance with testing processes.
• Contribute to project handover by resolving variations, managing early defect rectification, and responding to client requests.
• Act responsibly in line with HSEQ requirements, setting high standards for yourself, subcontractors, and the project team.

• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
