The Opportunity
As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our fit out projects. You’ll partner closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to manage contracts, mitigate risk, and identify opportunities to add value. From procurement through to project close-out, your commercial acumen and attention to detail will ensure the success of every project.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts from procurement to finalisation
- Review, negotiate, and administer subcontracts in line with Buildcorp frameworks
- Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and HSE requirements
- Process and assess subcontractor claims, variations, and progress payments
- Support project teams with cost forecasting, cashflow, and monthly reporting
- Contribute to budget performance by identifying opportunities for cost and time savings
About You
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying, or related discipline
- Demonstrated experience in contract administration in complexed construction or fit- out projects
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commercial acumen with a collaborative and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
