The Opportunity
This opportunity is within Buildcorp’s Fit out and Refurbishment NSW team — a group known for delivering high-quality, design-driven, and complex Fit-out and Refurbishment projects across a range of sectors.
As Bid Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end submission process for EOIs, RFTs and early contractor involvement bids. You'll collaborate across teams to develop high-quality, compelling proposals that clearly communicate Buildcorp’s capabilities and value.
• Manage the full bid lifecycle: planning, content development, coordination, submission and post-bid engagement
• Write and edit high-quality tender responses tailored to specific client requirements
• Work closely with project and technical teams to source input and insights
• Develop and maintain pursuit schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
• Coach internal stakeholders for client presentations and workshops
• Lead post-bid reviews and contribute to ongoing process improvemen
What You’ll Bring
• Proven experience in bid or submissions management within the construction industry
• Strong writing and editing skills — clear, persuasive and structured
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, tight timeframes, and stakeholder inputs
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• A sharp eye for detail, quality and compliance
