The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Bid Manager to join our Fit out and Refurbishment NSW team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, working three days per week. This team is recognised for delivering high-quality, design-driven, and complex projects across a range of sectors.

In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end submission process for EOIs, RFTs, and early contractor involvement bids, collaborating across teams to create compelling proposals that clearly communicate Buildcorp’s capabilities and value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full bid lifecycle: planning, content development, coordination, submission, and post-bid engagement
• Writing and editing tailored, persuasive tender responses
• Working with project and technical teams to source content and insights
• Developing and maintaining pursuit schedules to ensure all deadlines are met
• Coaching internal stakeholders for client presentations and workshops
• Leading post-bid reviews and contributing to process improvement

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Proven experience in bid or submissions management within the construction industry
• Exceptional writing and editing skills — clear, persuasive, and structured
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and diverse stakeholder input
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
• A sharp eye for detail, quality, and compliance
