About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Supervisor to join our Queensland team. Working closely with the Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer and Site Manager, you’ll coordinate and drive the delivery of structural works on complex, multi-level projects, ensuring every stage is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
In this role, you will:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities for new build structural works
- Oversee multi-level construction programs, including tower crane operations and logistics planning
- Manage and support subcontractors and suppliers to achieve quality and productivity goals
- Drive safety, compliance, and quality assurance across all phases of construction
- Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
- Contribute to a site culture that reflects our values: Preparedness, Fair Play, Creative Thinking, and Continual Learning
About You
You’re an experienced and hands-on construction professional who thrives in the dynamic environment of large-scale, multi-level projects. You take pride in precision, leadership, and collaboration.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A qualification in building, construction, or a trade background
- Proven experience delivering multi-level new builds and managing tower crane operations
- Strong technical knowledge of structural concrete and steel construction methodologies
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, safety, and sequencing
- Experience with construction software
- A commitment to teamwork, fairness, and high-quality project outcomes
