Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking exceptional Project Leaders with experience in façade and remedial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and profitable projects from award through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project teams to ensure all aspects of the project are delivered on time and within budget
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation
Oversee project progress, track key milestones, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices
Manage and document all quality concerns throughout the project
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
A proven track record of delivering complex construction projects
Proficiency with construction software such as Jobpac, Procore, and Asta Powerproject (or similar) — advantageous
Relevant qualifications, preferably a construction or engineering degree and/or a building-related qualification
