Buildcorp’s Remedial & Facades team is expanding, delivering a diverse range of complex façade upgrades and building remediation projects. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Contract Administrator with strong subcontract management and procurement capability to join our specialist team and help drive the commercial success of our projects.

About the Role
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end commercial management across multiple remedial and façade projects. A key component of this position is the procurement and sub contract management, ensuring scopes are accurately defined, markets are well engaged, and subcontract agreements are negotiated and administered effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontracts across all project phases, including scope preparation, tendering, analysis, procurement, contract letting, forecasting, variations, claims, and close-out.
Prepare detailed subcontractor comparison spreadsheets, procurement schedules, and scope packages that align with the project program.
Source, evaluate and negotiate with specialist remedial, façade and structural subcontractors to ensure strong market coverage and competitive pricing.
Develop and administer subcontract and supplier agreements in accordance with Buildcorp’s Management Authorities Framework.
Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors while monitoring performance, commercial stability, and claims behaviour.
Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide advice on claims, contractual correspondence, disputes, and amendments to subcontract terms.
Manage client-facing commercial requirements including variations, progress claims and extension of time requests.
Prepare accurate cost reports with variance commentary and early warning on budget deviations.
Maintain all commercial systems, registers, and reporting packs.
Support dispute resolution and promote strong commercial outcomes.
About you
Demonstrated subcontract procurement experience with construction experience
Strong ability to work with changing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
A well-developed network of subcontractors and suppliers.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
Proven experience in commercial roles on complex construction, remedial or façade projects.
Qualifications in construction management, engineering, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
