We are looking for an experienced Services Engineer to lead building services delivery across design, procurement, and construction phases. This role is critical in ensuring that services are seamlessly integrated, compliant, and delivered to the highest standards of quality and sustainability.

About the Role
Based in our Melbourne office and reporting to the New Business Manager, you’ll provide high-quality operational and administrative support across business development activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, research, and relationships, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date Salesforce data, including accounts, opportunities, and pipeline reporting
Conduct regular CRM data hygiene checks and resolve inconsistencies
Use tools such as Salesforce, Introhive, Conga (preferred), and LinkedIn to enrich CRM intelligence and support account mapping
Prepare Salesforce reports and summaries for the New Business Manager and senior leadership team
Assist with briefing packs, stakeholder management plans, and new business collateral
Research stakeholders and targeted opportunities to support successful tenders
Liaise with internal teams including Marketing, Events, Estimating, and SLT to align BD activities
Maintain professional communication with external stakeholders when required
Support and attend BD events, industry functions, and client engagements as needed
Uphold confidentiality, commercial awareness, and business integrity at all times
About You
You’re organised, curious, and confident working with information and people. You take ownership of your work, adapt well to change, and enjoy contributing behind the scenes to visible business outcomes.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (BD, sales, marketing, or client services preferred)
Salesforce proficiency is essential
Experience working in bid, marketing, or business development teams
Experience in the property or construction sector is highly regarded
Relevant qualifications in business, marketing, or administration are desirable but not essential
Confident communicator who can engage with diverse stakeholders
Collaborative team player with strong attention to detail
