Job Description

Provide essential administrative support to our group commercial team by coordinating and maintaining key commercial processes and systems. This includes assisting with the administration and use of platforms to ensure smooth workflows, compliance, and user onboarding. The role focuses on supporting new team member engagement and prequalification, managing compliance documentation, and helping project teams operate efficiently and effectively.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain business applications, identify issues, and assist with delivering clear, practical solutions
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a positive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing documentation and user materials, and facilitating training sessions
  • High level of computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems and tools
  • Familiarity with construction industry processes and commercial administration is advantageous
  • Experience using platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Procore, Aconex, or similar systems is highly regarded

About you:

  • Enthusiastic, problem solving attitude
  • Systems management experience (implementation/improvements) would be valuable
  • Experience in contracts administration would be highly desirable
  • Extensive experience across process improvement, administration, procurement, and commercial management is ideal
  • Previous experience in an administrative role with a focus systems support or project teams support is desirable
