We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality commercial Fit-out and Refurbishment projects across Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, builds strong client relationships, and consistently delivers projects that balance design, commercial outcomes, safety, quality, and program.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you’ll take end-to-end accountability for project delivery — from planning through to construction and handover. You’ll lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead the successful delivery of Fit-out and Refurbishment projects across Melbourne
- Manage project resourcing, budgets, programs, contracts, and construction outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Approve project programs, cost plans, procurement strategies, and management plans
- Present monthly project reports highlighting cost, program, safety, and people outcomes
- Promote innovative construction methodologies and value-engineered solutions
- Provide visible leadership on site, fostering a positive and collaborative culture
- Champion safety, quality, sustainability, and wellbeing across all projects
- Lead, mentor, and support project teams to drive high performance
- Contribute to talent development, succession planning, and team capability building
- Confidently lead teams through change and complex decision-making
About You
- Proven experience delivering complex commercial Fit-out projects
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage cost, risk, and program
- Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills
- Comfortable leading negotiations and resolving issues collaboratively
- Proactive, resilient, and accountable with a solutions-focused mindset
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
