The Opportunity:
We are looking for Contract Administrators & Senior Contract Administrators to work across a wide variety of projects.
Our Qld business is deliberately diverse in the projects we undertake, with teams successfully delivering projects in the Commercial Fit-out, Refurbishment and New-Build sectors. You will play an important part in the delivery of safe, high quality & profitable projects.
With support from the Project Manager, you will be responsible for administering complex commercial construction works from project award, including developing and implementing the procurement strategy, through to managing subcontract partners and supplier contracts, project monthly reporting and project completion.

In this role you will be part of a dynamic high performing team and so ensuring that we add the right type of person to our team is vitally important to us.
You’re commercially sharp, confident in contract administration, and comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels. You bring a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt as project priorities change.
To be successful in the role, we expect you will have the following:
- Prepare scopes, comparisons, lettings, and procurement schedules aligned to program and budget
- Manage subcontractor claims, variations, progress claims, and close-out
- Provide accurate cost forecasting and reporting, with early warning of budget variances
- Advise project leadership on contractual matters, correspondence, and negotiations
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, staying across market conditions
- Support continuous improvement and contribute to improving project margins
- Strong subcontractor and supplier networks
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet critical timeframes
