About the Role
We have opportunities for Project Supervisors with our professional and dynamic team in Queensland. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager, you'll help drive the safe, timely and high-quality delivery of our projects.
In this role, you will:
Plan and coordinate daily construction activities for efficiency and safety
Drive quality assurance processes and maintain compliance across site operations
Lead and support subcontractors and suppliers with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships — internally and externally
About You
To thrive in this role, you'll bring a combination of technical know-how and team spirit. Ideally, you will have:
Strong technical knowledge across new build, fitout or heavy refurbishment methodologies
A commitment to teamwork, fairness, and delivering safe, high-quality outcomes
Experience with construction software (e.g. Procore, 1Breadcrumb, Asta Powerproject) — or the willingness to learn
A proactive mindset and passion for creating great project outcomes
