What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in hearing from leaders who bring:

• Proven experience delivering commercial, industrial or public sector construction projects
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage site or project teams
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, program, safety and quality
• Commercial and problem‑solving skills appropriate to role level
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• A strong sense of accountability, ownership and alignment with Buildcorp’s values

About You

You may currently be working in a supervisory, project management or senior project delivery role and be open to new opportunities.

Ideally, you will have:

• Demonstrated leadership experience aligned to your level
• Experience working on complex, multi‑discipline construction sites
• Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline (role‑dependent)
• A strong commitment to safety, collaboration and continuous improvement
