About the role
We're hiring a Project Administrator to support our project and office teams to ensure projects, people and day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
This is a highly connected role, partnering with project managers, site teams, finance, people & culture, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. You'll be involved in everything from project setup and reporting to onboarding new starters, coordinating meetings and supporting commercial administration.

What you'll do
Support project and office teams with day-to-day administration to ensure efficient business and project operations.
Assist with project setup and administration in Procore and other Buildcorp systems.
Raise purchase orders, support invoice processing and assist with commercial administration activities.
Coordinate meetings, project reviews and reporting requirements, including preparing documentation and presentations.
Organise travel, couriers, catering, office supplies, corporate gifts and general logistics support.
Assist with onboarding new starters, preparing equipment, coordinating inductions and supporting visitors to the office and project sites.
Support expense claim collation and assist with financial and business reporting activities.
Help coordinate team events, project functions and business initiatives as required.
Represent the Buildcorp brand professionally when dealing with employees, subcontractors, suppliers and clients.
Desired Skills and Experience
What we're looking for
Previous experience in an Administration, Project Administration, Team Assistant or Coordinator role.
Construction, engineering, property or project environment experience highly regarded.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
Someone who enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively across all levels of a business.
Experience with Procore, Jobpac or similar project management systems is advantageous but not essential.
