The Opportunity
Based in our Sydney head office, this exciting opportunity will see you lead the development and delivery of high-impact marketing and communication initiatives that build brand equity, support business development, and drive meaningful engagement with stakeholders. You'll work closely with General Managers and business leaders to align strategic messaging, elevate the Buildcorp brand, and enhance reputation across a dynamic portfolio of projects and sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and create tailored plans for regional and project-specific outcomes.
- Own and manage external communications including media, community, government, and client relations.
- Develop compelling content for social media, campaigns, and corporate materials, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Manage social media calendars and campaigns in collaboration with the broader Marketing and Events team.
- Drive award submissions, support marketing automation (Pardot), and collaborate with PR agencies for media exposure.
- Lead content creation for project showcases, milestone celebrations, and digital marketing assets.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven ability to develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive marketing outcomes.
- Strong content development and storytelling skills across digital and traditional channels.
- Expertise in social media, digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and planning capabilities.
- A collaborative and proactive approach to navigating business priorities and change.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- 5 plus years’ experience in marketing or communications roles with increasing responsibility.
- Familiarity with construction, property, or infrastructure sectors highly desirable.
